This is the preferred way to disable a muscle that wants constantly to pull,
a manifestation of spasticity. It works for most people; not me.

There are some downsides: expense (Medicare covered me for 80%, but the
20%'s add up.), need to repeat every three months or so, discomfort [It is
NOT a recreational drug!], and a slight possibility of an allergic reaction.

The big upsides: selective to the individual muscles injected. And if you
stop the repeats, you are completely restored except for the memories.
