[TMIC] Question re: Infection/Imuran/prednisone.

Hi all, I've been fighting a cold for almost three weeks now---coughing, headache etc..  During the last three days, it's put me to bed.   I'm very congested, in the upper chest but don't have a fever.  My Imuran is up to 150 mgs now, and prednisone is at 20mgs,  so is this something that I should be concerned about?   Today, I've only been up and out of bed for a total of about 3 hours.  Just can't seem to drag myself around.  The pharmacist told me that due to all of the meds I am on, he cannot recommend anything over the counter with the exception of Vicks---which does seem to help a little.  The thing I'm concerned about is super infection.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.    Thanks, Grace
