any suggestions for embarrassing loss of bowel control? it doesn't Not being of much help re: loss of bowel
control, the only things that I can suggest are those that work, more or less,
for me.
First, a good program that suits your personal ebb and
flo. I am a go every day girl, while others are every 2 or 3 days.
Figure out which you are then adhere to a program fit for you. I have
found, through trial and error, over time, that two Senna Kot and three Colase
over a three hour period during the mid-morning are enough to keep me regular
and going at the same time each day.
If I vary even a little bit from my program, I take the risk
of embarrasing moments and discomfort. No fun at all.
When I go out, if I do not feel "right" or am off of my
schedule, I wear a brief and take a bag with things I might need in case of an
accident.
Best of luck to you my dear. I hope you get lots of good
answers to your questions.
Peace,
Jude
