Yeah my neuro and d'rs at
the rehab also said the same thing..tho they did not say it was considered ms
all along, they just said it can develop into ms for some patients. So far I
have been clean and I have had some months apart to be sure. I am having one
more set of mri/brain eeg in may too..to see what's going on
I guess I'm confused about the brain

I was at the Johns
Hopkins TM site yesterday reading some of the papers written by several
prominent docs.
The consensus is that
with MS, there are lesions on the brain and that with TM, there are
lesions on the spine and none in the brain. If lesions develop later,
after a dx of TM, then the dx is changed to MS and is considered Ms all
along.
There is some new
information on the Tm site since I had been there last and some of the papers
were interesting reading. Maybe someone else ought to go there and make
sure that I have it right, but I'm pretty sure that I read it
correctly.
