Hi,
I am 52 and had my TM at age 6. Some permanent damage, typical pain and
discomforts, but able to have had pretty normal life until about age 45.
Seems nerves and muscles which had been temporarily repaired by my body
began "breaking down" for lack of another word at that time.
I am now much worse, have seen many experts in numerous fields, some several
times. All tests possible have been done, I believe. No MS or obvious
indication of a recurrent TM attack.
Polio survivors have a well documented 50% chance of "Post Polio Syndrome"
which fits what is happening to me .
It would seem logical that the same thing can occur w/ TM. Can someone point
me in the right direction. Thanks so much!
