well, its is supposed to be wonderful for you...I canot take it because I am highly allergic to fish. (tho not shellfish) But i can take flax seed oil , which i do 2x a day, and evening primrose oil, (also take 1-2x a day)  also healthy for skin and such and grea for women. My cholesterol is super low, thakns to oatmeal and flax seed oil (also helps ya poop! LOL)
