Well said. I think it is the duty of all of us
to honor their commitment by speaking, voting, writing, and giving to, their
continued work.
You were lucky to have met them and I will bet
that their greatest reward was in meeting people like you who they knew
shared their mission. Sometimes the only reward of a long journey is
the companionship along the way. I am glad you were there to represent all of us
and provide to Chris and Dana the support they deserved.
Thanks,
Sandy

Subject: [TMIC] REMEMBERING CHRIS AND
DANA
theres things in our lives that leave us awe inspiried from time to
time,i can remember sitting in saudi arabia in 1991 and watching the
bombs drop in quait in the middle of the night and feel the ground shake and
seeing the sky light up like daylight.
i can remember meeting my wife and seeing my 4 kids born, and who will
forget sept 11 2001.i can truly say one of the things that stoped me in my
tracks was the night i met chris and dana reeve at a dinner fundraiser for a
local rehab in our area.living in ny i had that opprotunity to visit with them
and was stunned at the beauty and grace of dana and the sharp wit and sense of
humor of chris.these were two truly amazing people and i think we have all
suffered a great loss, the suffering is over, but the fight must go on and we
must continue to push for a cure and research.they both faught so hard to make
life easier for us.we lost two big pioneers in our world.
