Amen to Bernie's comments on massage! I'm sure that's a great deal of
why I benefit so much from Shiatsu. I went once/week at first, then cut
back to every other week. I thought I could move on to once every 3 weeks,
but the couple of times I've tried, I can really see the difference. It
seems I actually regress in a lot of areas when I do that. The down side
is having to pay, but if it helps me to become more functional so I can get back
to work sooner, then it's worth it!
