Hi,
I have that problem too...but I always thought it was from being a 48 year old woman with 5 kids....you know pelvic floor muscles about shot!!! I have some pelvic prolapse. I do the same thing...I pee and then a few minutes later I try again and a little more will follow. Sometimes as I am sitting on the toilet I will pull up on my lower abdomen and that will help empty my bladder better. I am not sure why that works....I presume it is part of the prolapse problem and the pulling up shifts things around enough to allow my bladder to empty. I never really thought it was TM related but maybe it is.  It seems different that my early TM days...then my muscles felt almost frozen if that makes any sense. The part that annoys me is at bedtime and I think my bladder is empty so I climb into bed and as I am lying there I get that sensation that I still have more pee in there. I lie there debating whether to ignore it or to just get up and go. Isn't that stupid?! ha ha.

I often will empty my bladder then start brushing my teeth or washing my hands or face only to have to urinate again.  we lack all the control over the bladder that we used to have.
I have that happen, too. In the early days when I felt I was having trouble completely voiding, I was advised to "double void" -- go as much as I could, go do something else for a few minutes, and then come back. Now that happens without me trying to do it on purpose. Sometimes in a public restroom, I'll go, then walk around, maybe even just go to another stall, and go again.

I do miss the days of just being able to GO without thinking about it.
