Interesting, b/c my progress slowed down at about 6 months.  As a matter of fact, I think a lot of my problems started then b/c when it slowed down, I got concerned and started to push more, which resulted in problems from doing too much.  Then just recently, I read something to the effect that most improvement is between 3 and 6 months, and tends to slow down after that.

Thanks for sharing, too, that you're not depressed.  I define 'depressed' as feeling 'hopeless', which I'm not, although I too feel bad that I can't do for others, but have to have them help me, instead!  I list that under 'frustration', not depression.
