I am finding right now though that Massage Therapy seems to really be
helping loosen up my leg and hip muscles also in my shoulder area. Have
been going twice a week for about a month now. I have some coverage for a
while for this type of therapy and it is seeming to help me move better. I
am a T8 - T10 with the ability to walk with cane, walker etc.
