How much Lyrica do you take? It has helped with the pain but my legs seem to feel almost “wooden” like.

My TM left me using a walker to get around and “crazy legs” for the most part. Tightness, banding and numbness. Why did you switch from Neurontin to Lyrica. I was having memory problems and so my new neuro thought lyrica would be better for me?? I am on Baclophen. Also just starting out with it. I am supposed to getup to 10mg three times a day. Lyrica 75mg. twice a day and Neurontin 300mg. 3 times a day till I can get off it completely.

I wonder if it is interacting with any of your meds.  The reason I say that is because I also belong to the quad list and a lot of them also switched to lyrica.  The majority of them haven't had any complaints.  I'm not a doctor or anything just making an observation.

I started Lyrica a few weeks ago. I have had at times broken out into a
sweat.. Especially my forehead.... but I thought it was just more hot
flashes that still want to ruin my day! I am in the process of weaning
off Neurontin and onto Lyrica. I take two 75mg. a day of Lyrica and am down
to 1200mg. Neurontin..

Subject: [TMIC] Question re: Lyrica

Although I post very rarely, I do read the posts as I find the information
that all of you provide to be invaluable.

My husband started taking Lyrica on Friday and, so far, it seems to be doing
a lot for the pain.  He's had a strange symptom for the past couple of days
and we don't know if it's related to the Lyrica or if it's something
else...........his head is incredibly hot.  The rest of his body is fine but
his head just won't cool down.  Has anyone else experienced anything like
this?

Thanks in advance for your input,
Michelle in Atlanta, GA
