Patti, I buy meds in both Canada and the US, but my Canadian meds are Rx'd by Canadian doctors, and my US meds by US ddoctors.
I don't believe the US Rx cross the border as well as they did two years ago,
also Canadian meds, like SATIVEX should not be brought to the US as it's made
from Hemp ("Killer Weed"), MARINOL is questioned by Canadian Officials when
entering Canada.
Also, Canadian drugs don't compute in Medicare Part D.
