Trudy,

My husband just recently started taking Lyrica and had the opposite result.
After a few weeks of taking it, he has regained some sensation in his feet. He
hasn't been able to feel his feet for almost 2 years and he could feel 3 of his
toes last week. I can't say that it's a direct result of the Lyrica or if it
is merely coincidental.

He did have one bad side effect from the Lyrica - for the first week he was
really hot and couldn't stop sweating (particularly his head). His doctor told
him to stick with it and now that side effect has completely subsided and he's
feeling better than he has in a long time.
