First I want to say that I am so sorry for your friend. I am
paralyzed due to damage that didn't heal on my myelin sheath and deal with my
lower legs swelling. I wear compression stockings and take lasix which
helps with the fluid retention. The bad side of that is that it makes you
urinate. I hope your friend finds the answers they need and can find ways
to stay as healthy as possible.
I also want to mention that your font is pretty small. I had a bit of
a hard time reading it.

Subject: [TMIC] foot swelling
I know someone talked about this on the list recently but I
can't find it. I have a dear friend who was first dxed with TM and now
with MS and her feet and lower legs have been swelling, especially
on her weak side. I'm sure some of you will remember Jackie
Hanan? Jackie and I met on this list years ago.
She is in worse and worse shape and nothing the docs do
helps her. She is in terrible pain all the time. The foot/leg
swelling is really bothering her now.
