I am also glad to hear of foot and leg banding, as I have that, too.  I
recently got a really good massage therapist that does trigger point
therapy, and it has really started to get my muscles loosening up.  I
think that the tightness really exacerbated my problems with my feet,
which resulted in open ulcers and infection. If I understand it, Rolfing
is extreme, but I don't have the impression that it is precise, like
trigger point.  I am learning to feel the trigger points myself, so I can
work on them between sessions.
