Hello Jude & Everybody. I assume that
every state has a registry or medical board of some kind. I am in Ontario,
and the Ontario Medical Assn maintains a website that lists all the doctors in
the province, their specialities, and if they are taking new patients.
When my old GP retired last year, I spent an hour on the website and the phone,
and found a great new GP, even closer to my home. So you might start your
search by seeing if you state has something like this. If you cannot find
someone in a month, I'm sure your old dr would give you some more meds -- it
would be criminal if she didn't.
Bless you all -- I pray for you all every
night.
