Frank, it is Seasonal Affective Disorder. I just hate it. I dread the late fall evenings because I start getting more and more depressed. I've taken several antidepressants over the years and am currently taking 120mg of cymbalta and it does help some, it also helps me with back and leg pain. Don't think it stops the pain any just helps me live with it and I don't have to take narcotics. Hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas.

I have been on this listserver for about 5 years. It seems that the e-mails start decreasing in early november and bottom out about at the Solstice then increase.
Another effect of T.M., decreased sunlight causing depression- I can't remember the name... Another effect of T.M.
