Regina, As bad as things seem, they could be worse. Thank the good Lord that you are still alive! My TM, left me a C4 quadriplegic. I am unable to care for myself at all. I have to have someone with me 24 hours a day, seven days a week. My attack was sudden. I was totally paralyzed within a matter of 15 minutes. At first I felt the same as you, but I have two brilliant, adorable grandchildren, two grown children, siblings and a host of friends who support me and make life worth living. Originally I did the same as you by planning my demise, but I also communicate on the Quadriplegic, Paraplegic message board, and found that there are people in even worse condition than myself. I praise God for every day that I open my eyes and see a new day and hopefully soon, you will do the same
