Hi Naomi,

Thanks for asking. I have had Sjogrens (an autoimmune disease) since 1988. In 
other words my body attacks itself - which is why I was blessed with TM 5 yrs 
ago. The chemo is to suppress my immune system so that hopefully it won't go on 
the attack and go for my spinal cord again. Occasionally I also have IV 
Solumedrol if things start acting up. Interestingly enough, I just had surgery 
to remove a very aggressive cancer on my arm. That was almost 2 weeks ago - 
just now starting to feel human again Life is full of surprises!

  What are you taking your chemo injections for?  I have a dear friend who 
takes injections, who has leukemia, and I was just wondering if that's the type 
of injections you has to take.  I think she takes the injections three times a 
week, and after that, she just pretty much sleeps all day, because they make 
her feel bad.
