Jim also led me to the brochure, but the original question wasn't mine.....
Hi Akua, You wrote: As to Spreading the Word: mailings? Brochures we

The TMA website already provides a brochure that is already written and is
in the pdf format. Here is the link:

Join SCI support groups and spread the word of TM. It is treated much like a
SCI once it has moved to the chronic phase. Often times you will come in
contact with folks that have other contacts and you can talk with them.
Look for opportunities at local Universities that have research centers and
talk with them. Attend fundraisers, like the Christopher & Dana Reeve ones
that are held in various cities (search their website) and talk to the
people there. There are many ways to get the word out but we have to be
active, often as individuals, to make it happen. Offer to attend meetings
and educate others on TM. There are tons of ways to make people aware of
TM. What most people want is to really educate the masses and to find a way
to do it quickly. Won't happen, we have to do what we can individually or
working with others who have TM.

Information flyers in pdf form that people could print out? The
Reeves Foundation was the best source of information with that
wonderful handbook on SCI....
