Hi Pam,

My one leg still goes wild from time to time, especially if I am trying to
move too quickly. Several weeks ago, I was sitting outside with a friend
and her little Grandaughter. The little one suggested that she and I have a
little race. Of course, I can't run, and wouldn't even think of trying it,
but I did walk as fast as I could. As I picked up just a little speed (Not
really walking fast, but taking the biggest steps that I could.) my right
leg went silly. First getting tense and stiffening, and then wanting to
pick itself back up immediately upon hitting the ground, sort of like people
do whenever they are having a hoedown. The little one thought that it was
the funniest thing that she had ever seen. It really scared me as I feared
that I had set something off again. For an hour or two afterwards, my
clonus was going crazy. Then, that night I had some terrible breakthrough
spasms. I've learned my lesson about trying to do things that are beyond
me.

Grace
