Hi Frank, I am taking Neurontin 5200mg/day and Topomax 100mg/day. I was given 50mg caps of Lyrica. I was told to take one Lyrica for a week with no change in anything. Then if successful, I can take away 400mg Neurontin and add 50 more Lyrica once per day. This is where we will start. How does this sound to you? No other pain meds, other than Vicodin when I need it, about 3x week or so. Hugs to you, Barbara A
