How did you get the Anthem to be primary? Did you have to request it or
was it automatic?
I have been paying for Medicare for years and have never used it.
I ask because I was told that if Medicare is primary, then I will have
to have a "face to face"
visit with my doctor before he can prescribe the wheelchair, and it is
too hard for me to get
to the doctor without.. (guess what)...a wheelchair! Catch-22!
