Just a reminder - for those of you who are waiting until the last minute - if you are mailing in check payment, the deadline for sending in check payment to Paula Lazzeri is February 15 for the Symposium in Anaheim. This is because Paula will be flying down to Anaheim a few days before the symposium which will be on Saturday, February 23, so she will not be able to be receiving her mail and adding your name to the list in order to create name badges for you.
If you wish to wait and pay for your registration at the door, you will not have a name badge, and the registration will not be $50.00. It will go up to $60.00. You can also register online with your credit card. This saves mailing time, as you are registered instantly. You really do not want to miss out on this opportunity to hear Dr. Kerr and Dr. Kaplin speak, and the rest of the really experienced doctors who know everything about how to treat transverse myelitis and to meet others with TM. It is very rare that they come to California. It is also very rare that the registration fee is this low to attend one of our symposia. So many times our members ask "why can't we have a chance to attend meetings on the west coast?" Well this is it! Of course, we are also going to have a three-day symposium in July up in Seattle, so you will also have that opportunity, but for those who live in Southern California and are not able to travel that far, you should really consider coming to Anaheim, and please do not wait until the last minute to register.
