Sorry to here that you have such a hard time. From expirience I had the same 
problems with the shaking in bed. I noticed when on the evening you keep your 
legs warmer ( mine are always cold) even when they feels warm enough, the 
muscle spams in bed are much lesser. Cuddle up to your wife, because of the big 
difference in tempeture can also make it worse. We can only do that from half 
spring, untill half autum. I wrap a blanket around my legs in the evening to 
keep them warm. Look out for draft, that cools down the most in house. 
Especialy in spring, the first nice days and then the windows open for fresh 
air. Those are my baddest times.

can still walk . Every step is pain galore. > I use a cane but have a walker 
and wheelchair for the very near future. Last > week I was diganosed with ITP 
ablood cell disorder whereby my white blood > cells are killing each other off. 
Next Monday I will be enteing the hospital > for chemo , radiation and a bone 
marrow transplant. Oh my life is far from > dull. Every day brings new

just cleaning up the apartment. we have a cat ; > Astray I picked up .She feels
