I am now on SATIVEX that is prescribed by my pain doctor in Montreal, Canada.Sativex is sprayed under the tongue, starts to work in 15 minutes, lasts up to eight hours. There are two problems: cost ($640 for 200 doses) and it's only available in Canada.
