For Bobby:
If you are wheelchair bound, is it possible that the rash is caused by sweating 
and/or lack of air.  I'm not in a wheelchair but I do have a lot of down time 
and I am very careful to keep the area dry with talc or just plain corn starch. 
 Otherwise, I get a rash.
(On a lighter note, if I spend the day at home alone, I get lots of air !!)
