I find that the heat and sun cause two distinct affects. My weaker leg becomes
less mobile and feels like a log. It feels like I'm dragging a giant tree
trunk around with me. The heat and humidy makes me feel like my muscles are
mushy and I never know what direction I'm going to wander off in. It's all
about the temperature. Below 72F is too cold and above 80F is too hot. You're
reading your body and how it reacts to different stimuli. It's not your
imagination!
