Frank,Could you give me some idea of what is included in good "daily" exercise?? I do some floor work, have a recumbent bike which is gathering dust..... have a treadmill..... but kills my knees. how long do you exercise? Once a day everyday, morning, evening?? I would just like to get an idea of your regimen...how do you know that you are not "overdoing" it...???? Thanks Trudy
