Welcome, Lynn. Your sons are about the ages of my older boys -- mine are 24,
21, an 15. We just moved my mother-in-law across the country to an assisted
living facility about five minutes away. She doesn't have Alzheimer's but
does have a degree of dementia. I just passed my 13th anniversary with TM on
Sept. 1. I remember how happy I was to be graduating from the wheelchair to
the
cane! Hopefully you will continue improving.

Feel free to jump in, share thoughts, ask questions, etc.

At Patti's suggestion at yesterdays support group meeting I decided to join
tmic.
My name is Lynne and I have had TM for 4 years now. I am able to walk with
a cane now, after spending almost a year in a wheel chair.
Prior to TM i worked as a registered nurse.
I am married and have two sons ages 22 and 25.
Along with TM we are dealing with helping care for father in law who has
alzheimers.

Lynne
