Welcome, Lynn. Your sons are about the ages of my older boys -- mine are 24, 21, an 15. We just moved my mother-in-law across the country to an assisted living facility about five minutes away. She doesn't have Alzheimer's but does have a degree of dementia. I just passed my 13th anniversary with TM on Sept. 1. I remember how happy I was to be graduating from the wheelchair to the cane! Hopefully you will continue improving. Feel free to jump in, share thoughts, ask questions, etc. Barbara H. _http://barbarah.wordpress.com/_ (http://barbarah.wordpress.com/) In a message dated 9/28/2008 9:39:17 A.M. At Patti's suggestion at yesterdays support group meeting I decided to join tmic. My name is Lynne and I have had TM for 4 years now. I am able to walk with a cane now, after spending almost a year in a wheel chair. Prior to TM i worked as a registered nurse. I am married and have two sons ages 22 and 25. Along with TM we are dealing with helping care for father in law who has alzheimers. Lynne **************Looking for simple solutions to your real-life financial challenges?
