The memory thing will get better, but you need to be doing things that help,
i.e.
crossword puzzles, suduko(sp?), etc.....after saying that, I'll also say that
things
get better, slowly but surely.  Keep a positive attitude and laugh alot!!  I was
57
when tm came to live with me 12½ years ago.......I went from paralyzed at the t8
to one of the walking wounded. It takes lots of work, but with a positive
attitude
and laughter, you can make life better!!  It helps that my hubby is upbeat and
there for me (not the way he plannrd his retirement years), and a natural
clown.,,
we've laughed at many of my misadventures thru this new way of life...I've
always
thought that the idea if we don't laugh at ourselves, we'll be crying fit into
my
plan of attack.

Thanks, Kim, for sharing this.  I was so touched by the words that I forwarded
it to my family and friends.  Maybe they can understand a little bit better
what TMers go thru.  TM hit me on May 4, 2008.  With the meds I'm on the time
passage thing seems even more rapid than pre-TM.  The memory issues are much
worse now as are the physical issues.  I feel like I'm 84 years instead of 54
years!  I know that there are folks out there who are worse off than I am.
It's hard not to feel sorry for yourself when you're in this condition.  I'm
sure everyone knows about that.  Anyway thanks again for sharing.
