Barbara, were you able to get any back pay? What a nightmare so many, many people have to go thru just to get what is coming to them. And the bad part is what do you do financially in the mean time while you wait for all of the mess to get cleared up? So many people don't realize that you do not give up just because an insurance denies coverage. Some just pay it because they don't know they have a right to question it. So sad.
We just got to the point where we finally got to quit paying $633 a month for insurance and now it has been lowered to almost $400 as a supplemental. We are wondering if we can get another for a better rate but so many won't go with us because of my 'pre-existing' condition and we don't dare drop ours because we can never get it back if we do. It is thru Jack's union and one we've had for many, many years. We just don't have any idea what a normal supplemental costs for a couple but we're going to start checking. Take care everyone...time for bed here in Dayton where it is rainrainraining!!! Jeanne
