I have no one to exercise my legs and two years ago I broke both tibia and fibula at the ankles while doing "range of motion" excersize. Obviously, that is not the road to take. Excersize does help and is of extreme importance to our longevity. I am fortunate to have good upper body strength, but it could be better, always better. The stronger you are, the more you can do, the longer you will live. Love, Jude In a message dated 1/10/2009 2:11:09 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, [email protected] writes:
Last week someone asked for some incentive to start excercising and Alton's was the only post that was directed to the list. I would like to know what others do and why. Let's get some positive discussion going.
