Subject: [TMIC] a presurgery update on Jude
I talked with Jude Wednesday evening by telephone, because I had a sore
throat and runny nose and couldn't visit her in person. She had been on
the phone all afternoon with other TMers (as Jude would say -you know who
you are) and said she realized that her last message sounded like she was
afraid of her surgery. Jude told me she wasn't afraid anymore. She
wasn't/isn't looking forward to the recovery. She knows there are a lot of
us praying for her and feels those prayers.
Jude responded to a prayer that I sent her. At 7:00 AM this morning said
she wrote that she was waiting for the ambulance to pick her up at home
and transport her to the hospital for today's surgery. She was to be at
the hospital at ten and the surgery is scheduled for one something. Jude
sounded relaxed in her post so I still believe that she is at peace
regarding her situation.
One of us will write (Ella, Pam, Linda, myself) as soon as we know
anything more.
