UNFORTUNATELY, I USE PADS 24/7.  I GUESS THAT IS WHAT HAS BEEN SO DIFFICULT
TO ACCEPT WITH TM.  I HAVE HOPE THAT THERE IS A FUTURE WHEN I WON'T NEED
THEM, BUT WHO KNOWS.

Are you all using the incontinent pads?    They help me a lot.   I only need

them at nite - use a smaller pad during the day.
