Hi Janice,

Yes it did. I noticed improvement with the first visit, I noticed improvement
with each visit. I think when I started I did 12 visits, then just did it
every month or so. I was on 12 drugs when I started and now I am and have been
off all meds. for 3 years now. I haven't even been back to that Dr. in over a
year. Even though if I had money in hand I would go get some more, because of
other things going on in my life and I know it would relax me and help me to
sleep better.

I had mostly nerve pain, but a little of arthritis also.

The key is really finding someone that understands TM to work with you. Good
luck!

 Jenna

Did acupuncture really decrease pain with no
meds? Was it nerve pain, arthritis,
etc.

Hi Marie,

Yes I have used it and it was very helpful for me. Really helped to improve
my health.

Make sure you use someone that really knows what they are doing.

I had an MD that after going through Medical School at NYU and Emory, he went
into practice, he decided that he thought there was more to healing, so he
went back to school and went into acupuncture, and several other things. It
was great because he did a great job of combining all sides of medicine and
treating the whole person. I wouldn't be where I am today had it not been for
acupuncture.
