When I first came down with TM almost 12 years ago I prayed for 2
things...one that I would walk again some day (prayer answered) and two
that I would be able to walk my daughter down the aisle on her wedding
day (approx. 7 months after TM hit me)...and again my prayer was
answered...I walked my daughter down the aisle being in a state of panic
that I would either stumble or worse yet step on her wedding
gown...neither happened and this became one of the most wonderful and
perfect things to happen to me in my life ...both before and after
TM.....I would like to add that this was almost equally gratifying to my
daughter!

I am SO VERY sorry for your husband. I must be blunt here: that is
very selfish of your daughter. This is the day every Dad looks forward
to, to give his little girl to the one she loves..... my husband
would be devastated! She needs a dose of reality. Who is paying for
the wedding anyway?
