Lori, I agree. So many are saying that government can not run anything - well
the USA has been here for over 200 years! VA and Medicare are 2 other hard
fought victories! Now, once again in 60+ years, we are fighting to give all
Americans "the right of LIFE (does the current health policies figure this as a
right - my opinion NO), LIBERTY (from insurance companies in this fight!) and
the persuit of HAPPINESS (surely we all could be happier without the fighting
for payment or the fear of loosing everything just to live!)"

Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly!
Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably .
And never regret anything that made you smile.

Prayers and thoughts for you and yours,

Candy K.

Subject: [TMIC] Healthcare

I have read a ton of comments on here and I can just say this, I do get
Medicare, and I am a VietNam Era veteran who qualifies for all VA medical
care. I do not use the VA because I can afford not to, but in my humble
opinion, if government run healthcare is good enough and has been for a
long, long time for our veterans, why would I ever complain? I don't really
hear our elderly complain, I don't complain, I am happy I have Medicare.
No, it is not perfect, nothing is, but is works, has worked and we all say
we support our vets, if we don't like the healthcare, shouldn't we improve
their healthcare first?
Lori
