SOME YEARS AGO I TOOK GLUCOSAMINE WITH CHONDROITIN FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND I
FELT IT DID NOTHING FOR ME. OF COURSE, THAT WAS WAY BEFORE TM HIT ME. WHEN I
STOPPED TAKING IT, I DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE. HOWEVER, MY SISTER-IN-LAW
TAKES IT EVERY DAY AND SAID IT HELPS HER QUITE A BIT. I GUESS IT REACTS
DIFFERENTLY ON EACH PERSON. I DID NOT REALIZE IT INCREASED YOUR BLOOD SUGAR.
I NEVER KNEW IT CAME IN A GEL.

I am not a nutrition or vitamin expert, but that is my own personal experience.
My husband also rubs the glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM gel into his hands every
evening

Regina, thanks for the information. Has anyone tried this yet, or know someone
who has?

I Googled Glucosamine yesterday and found it interesting. And then, I ran into
a recent article in the Los Angeles Times www.naturaljoint.com stating that....
well, I think it's best your read the article if you are interested. It's
about a natural product that gives relief naturally, sometimes after just 5
days. I understand that Glucosamine can cause an increase in blood sugar
levels.

What do you think?
