Frank ~ I have noticed a marked difference in my nails lately. I've always had a problem getting them to grow....they've always been thin and would break off constantly so I've kept them short. Lately they are beautiful. My toenails have become harder also. What you describe sounds like it may be that you have better circulation inn your left hand than you do on your right. I have central pain from my shoulders down, left side has three times as much pain as right side. Recently I became aware that my left hand was slightly swollen, and my fingernail of my left hand were growing faster than on my right hand. Has anyone else noticed anything like what I'm describing?
