My R foot turns in - my "bad" leg/foot. When I sleep on my back, getting out of bed the next morning my R leg draws up to my chest and it takes both my hands to push it down. If I sleep on my side, the next morning my R toes turn under and will do so several times aday if I don't wear my shoes. Both of my feet always feel cold to the touch and they always feel as though they are in a bucket of ice - the colder my legs/feet feel the more I sweat from the shoulders up!
Somedays I feel so confused - hot/cold or is it cold/hot? Guess it depends on which end is up! Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably . And never regret anything that made you smile. Prayers and thoughts for you and yours, Candy K. ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected] To: [email protected], [email protected] Sent: Tuesday, September 29, 2009 10:37:48 AM GMT -05:00 US/Canada Eastern Subject: Re: [TMIC] Feet WHEN I AM TIRIED I WALK WITH MY FEET OUT LIKE A DUCK.
