What is "toning"? I have taken Neurontin for 2 1/2 years. Don't really know if it is helping me, but my pain management doc wants me to take it for nerve pain. I take 1800 mgs a day. Hi Ella, I don't understand you saying it helps a lot with the toning. You may need a stronger dose if it doesn't help you with any of the pain.
