all quantities in ounces (every cook to his own perversions)

2.4     water
0.3     yeast
1.0     powdered milk
2.0     butter
0.5     salt
12.2    flour
10.0    frozen strawberries, thawed

yield: 28.0     dough weight

used for oven baked English muffins
