I also take all three drugs. I've been taking the Cymbalta and Lyrica, for nearly 5 years, and the Baclofen since last September, after I had my Baclofen pump removed. They all serve different purposes for me. The Cymbalta is an antidepressant (and also used for pain), the Lyrica is for neuro pain and the Baclofen is for spasticity. They all work well for me.
