TM has cut off nearly all my artmaking-- I cannot pour molten glass
from a wheelchair, nor sculpt with big sheets of paper as I once did,
and as it ravaged my body, it ravaged my finances and so the tools I
could use-- my kilns, sanders,saws, and torches are inaccessible
until/unless I win the lottery and build a new studio. My writing
suffers as suffering consumes my attention.
But I re/turned to fiber and my piece for The 2010 International
Freeform Fiberarts Guild Show

This was first created in 2008 for my brilliant niece, and then
evolved to a ruff I posed in (in my wheelchair!) for the Cave Canem
Poets photo series in 2009. A great way to begin my personal new
year!
