Hi,
Years ago I was on some diet and they recommended tums as a cheap calcium. A few yrs ago I took a store brand calcium /D combo.
Now I take a regular multivitamin/mineral tab daily .But the next bottle I buy will be the "senior" version, since I'm told I don't need iron anymore.

Anyone familiar with this company?
I've been taking Oscal +D for calcium supplement for many years.  At Costco last week, I was told  their pharmacy discontinued the product.  A few days later, I read of warnings that they have caused heart attacks.  Is anything safe to ingest anymore!
Two doctors told me they take Tums (3 a day), maybe I should just take Tums.  Besides, Oscal is expensive.  A friend told me that she only orders from Life Extension Supplements because she trusts the quality and safety of their products, but they are expensive.
Would appreciate your comments please....
Me, bundled up, thanking God the sun came up, and not getting any sympathy from Bobby Jim.
