Janice you are correct,,, maybe this will help
Hitting reply ALL only works if it is an original email from the Digest. once
we start having more "repliies added to subjects" then the person that replied
will get two emails if reply all is hit.
by hitting "reply all" the response sent will pop up two times in the person
who just replied/sent the email their email box because your email address is
included in the digest list and your email is listed seperatly on the reply.
what needs to be done is when hit "reply all" is to remove the individual
names/email address so it does not send 2 times.
once to the emial address and once because that persons email address is on the
Diegest.
when replying if you use just the"reply " button the the email will ONLY go to
the person that sent it and the entire digest list will NOT see a response.
Example being -
Jamice email is listed in the TO:
Bobby Jim is listed in the CC and the tmis-list is also in the CC
which means Janice will get two times, once as her email address and once
because hers in on the eskimo list.

When replying to a TMIC Digest e-mail, ONLY use the single Reply button,
y'hear......????
