Thanks to this list, I asked for Marinol and Sativex. The doc had an app on her iPhone and she couldn't find it. Asked me if I was talking to folks from outside the US and I smacked my forehead ahh that's right-- it's not available here yet. But asked her to alert me if there were any trials, samples, etc. to be had.
When i called the pharmacy at 3 they still hadn't heard from the doctor's office. When i called the Dr.'s office,after 20 questions, they said they had to check (!...@#$#$) arghhh.
