Money is one of my favorite subjects.

I believe you should plant a 'Money Tree" when you are young, and gather the
cash as it falls off. When the tree is young, it might only shed coins. I
recommend leafing the coins on the ground so as to nourish the tree, helping
the tree to grow. As the tree grows, it will begin to shed larger amounts of
money, so you leaf some dollar bills but take a few. With time and compound
interest, there comes a time when you can rake up all the bills.

If for some reason you didn't get to plant a money tree, you could sell Avon or
Amway. I know people who have made millions of dollars selling soap or
cosmetics. One person is a blind paraplegic!
